Visitors from Hong Kong and Macau and mainland residents who travel to and from Hong Kong and Macau for private purposes can bring 200 cigarettes, 50 cigars, or 250 grams of shredded tobacco into the country; other passengers can bring 400 cigarettes or 100 cigars duty-free , or 500 grams of cut tobacco. New tobacco products such as electronic cigarettes shall be implemented with reference to the relevant regulations on cigarettes.
