The ceramic heating element is a high-temperature sintering and solidification of the electric heating element and the ceramic. The ceramic heating element is a new type of high-efficiency, environmentally-friendly and energy-saving ceramic heating element.
MCH is the abbreviation for Metal Ceramics Heater. MCH refers to a ceramic heating element made by printing tungsten-molybdenum or silver-palladium-ruthenium series pastes on a ceramic casting body, after hot pressing and laminating, and then sintering ceramic and metal together under the protection of hydrogen atmosphere at 1600℃. It has the advantages of corrosion resistance, high temperature resistance, long life, high efficiency and energy saving, uniform temperature, good thermal conductivity, and fast thermal compensation.
MCH ceramic heating element is a new type of high-efficiency, environmentally friendly and energy-saving ceramic heating element. Compared with PTC ceramic heating element, it can save 20-30% of electric energy under the same heating effect.
*The surface is safe and non-charged, and the insulation performance is good: it can withstand the withstand voltage test of 4500V/1S, without breakdown, and the leakage current is <0.5mA.
* Resistance-temperature change is linear, and temperature can be easily controlled by controlling resistance.
* There is no power attenuation in long-term use.
*Rapid heating: the heating element starts at 500W power and the temperature reaches over 600℃ in 20S; its component rated power starts at 10S and the temperature can reach above 200℃.
*Good thermal uniformity and high power density: ≥50 W/cm2.
*Environmental protection: It does not contain harmful substances such as lead, cadmium, mercury, hexavalent chromium, polybrominated biphenyls, polybrominated diphenyl ethers, etc., and fully complies with EU environmental protection requirements.
The heating sheet material of the heat-not-burn smoking set is generally alumina ceramic or zirconia ceramic, and the thick film material is generally tungsten-molybdenum or silver-palladium-ruthenium series.
